No. You may cancel your cleaning service at any time.
Special requests will be honored if they are submitted prior to appointment. Cleaners are not able to take special requests at the time of the job but are able to follow specific instructions at your request.
Whether or not you’re at the location during your cleaning appointment is up to you! When you make a booking, you’ll be prompted to give us entry instructions which we will follow and confirm prior to arriving.

We also bring a vacuum, mop & natural cleaning products to name a few. Of course, if you would prefer to provide the cleaning supplies, let us know, we are happy to oblige.
